Sara McIntosh is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the visionary behind Urban Belle Health and Spa, a boutique wellness practice dedicated to helping clients feel confident, healthy, and empowered through personalized aesthetic and wellness solutions.
 

With over two decades of experience in the healthcare field, Sara brings a unique blend of clinical excellence, leadership, and compassionate care to her practice. She currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Twelve Clans Unity Hospital, part of the Winnebago Comprehensive Healthcare System, where she also provides hands-on care in both the clinic and Emergency Department.
 

Sara’s healthcare journey began at age 16, when she became a Certified Nursing Assistant. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Methodist College in Omaha in 2001 and went on to build a diverse clinical foundation as a Float Pool Nurse, working across multiple specialties including ER, ICU, OB, Pediatrics, Psych, Med-Surg, and Orthopedics. She later transitioned into leadership roles at CHI Health Missouri Valley, serving as ER Supervisor, Trauma Coordinator, EMS Coordinator, and Medical Examiner Investigator for Harrison County.

Sara’s commitment to lifelong learning led her to earn her BSN from the University of Phoenix and her MSN from Kaplan University. She has practiced in family medicine, offering care that spans from chronic disease management to weight loss and cosmetic treatments.
 

At Urban Belle Health and Spa, Sara combines her medical expertise with a passion for wellness and beauty. Sara takes a personalized approach with each client, focusing on both inner health and outward beauty. Whether addressing skin concerns, managing weight, or enhancing natural features, her goal is to help each individual feel their absolute best.
 

Outside of her clinical and entrepreneurial roles, Sara is deeply involved in community outreach and safety education. She’s a certified A.L.I.C.E. instructor, founder of multiple youth safety and public health initiatives, and has been recognized with the National Quint Studer Award for Emergency Department Excellence in Patient Care.
 

With a career rooted in service and innovation, Sara McIntosh continues to lead with heart, healing, and a holistic approach to modern health.
